I don't get Youlkis talk - he is another 30+ year old with mid 250s average, some pop. Phillies need youth.

Totally agree with moving Rollins out of lineup. I thought re-signing him was the worst move of the offseason - at $11MM they could have upgraded significantly. I would love to trade him but not sure the value.

Agree on Brown. He either needs to come up or be traded.

Galvis should stay in the lineup. He is young, will only get better, and gets the most out of his low average.

I would also seriously look at trading Lee for 3rd, 2nd or OF. Love Lee, but think the Phillies salary commitment to rotation is hurting them and they MUST sign Hamels. Hamels, Halladay, Worley is better than most top 3s and in a playoff series where you run out 3 or 4 pitchers, that is all you need.

Get rid of Utley. He has been sliding for 3 years now, and his knees are done. Get rid of Rollins (should have done that this past offseason). His numbers have been sliding for 4 years now. I thought that Galvis should have had the SS job in 2012. He fields as good as him, and he is actually hitting better than him (produced 3 less runs in 42 less plate appearances from the 8 hole). Make Polanco a backup, get Youkilus. Let Dom Brown sink or swim. Pray that Howard is Howard when he gets back, but I doubt we see much from him before 2013. If you aren't going to resign Hamels (and you know what it will take, so you know if you are already), trade him for a stud major leaguer and a stud prospect and move on.

Agree - Move up Brown, Move JR to 6 or 7th, trade c. Polanco to 2b

Diagree - No to Youkilus

Add'l - Trade Blanton, Victorino, Utley for 3rd base
